Of course, by "people", I mean "white Christians". You see, on that horrible day of nine to the eleven, when everyone blew off work for a day to sit on their butts and watch CNN show two buildings falling over and over again, our SOULS were SEARED.
Take me, for example. Not only did I see NineOneOne on the TV, but I also saw the Oklahoma City Bombings, the Virginia Tech shootings, AND the earthquake in Haiti! That last one was in HD too, so it was extra traumatic.
The televised horrors that I witnessed make me and my feelings important. In fact, if I ever forget those horrors, I only need to tune in on their respective anniversaries to relive the terror!
You see, America now has PTSD due to their horrible through-the-tv experiences. It's kinda like everyone in the whole country served a tour in Vietnam, only a hundred times worse. To commemorate the day when we all became victims (and Israelis!) there is an office building construction site that we have declared "hallowed ground" (and by "we", I mean the TV).
Like Stonehenge, Chichen Itza, or that corn field where they held Woodstock, this Hallowed Ground emanates a magickal aura of arbitrary size. Therefore, it is a known fact that if any towelheads establish places of worship within that aura - our hoodoo is totally compromised and any spells we cast may fizzle or even backfire!
So, next time you bust out your dirty "principles" and start yappin about "rights", you need to think of the REAL victims here - all those seared souls who experienced nineoneone over the TV. Protecting their feelings is pretty much the only social service the US has left!
Even Howard Dean wants the evil sand monkeys to respect the wishes of America's TV viewers!!

We don't make the rules!!" Then, they have the unmitigated gall to ask why people argue with them and give them mean looks and say mean things about them?

Wow, that was so totally DEAD ON. Everyone would have been SO MUCH better off putting all their money in a mattress back in 2002 in anticipation of a recession that struck in 2008. Brilliant!
Honestly, they've been cranking this crap out for years. I remember reading editorials on gold-eagle.com back in the '90s predicting the imminent collapse of the US dollar and telling me to spend all my useless "fiat currency" on survival seeds and gold mining company stocks. Even a broken watch is right twice a day, and I'm supposed to be impressed when these guys were running around crying about certain future doom? Please.
Since predicting that something bad will happen, at some unspecified point in the future, makes you a guru and qualifies you for the presidency, allow me to make the following dire predictions (praise me and nominate me once they come to pass):
** If America doesn't wave their magic nuke wand and make all the nukes go away, someone is gonna nuke something. WHY WON'T YOU LISTEN!? MAKE THEM GO AWAY OR IT'LL BE BIG TROUBLE!!!"
